Bruno Canziani Neighborhood Park has a lot of history and offers an array of activities for the whole family. This is a public park with hiking trails, picnic areas, playgrounds, and much more. It is located in Livermore California which is about 45 minutes East of San Francisco. The park was created by Bruno Canziani in 1965 when he donated money to purchase land that would become the first city-owned recreation area in Livermore.  The park contains many different types of vegetation including oak trees on the hillsides and manzanita bushes along creeks.

The boundaries are east side – 58th Street; south side – Virgil Avenue; west side – Charlotte Street; northside – Alameda Creek Bike Path (also known as Greenbelt). Bruno Canziani Park is a great place to come and enjoy the Livermore area.

The family-friendly Bruno Canziani Neighborhood Park offers palms and picnic areas. Highlights include two play structures designed to accommodate various ages of children. The smaller structure is best for children aged 5 and under, while the larger structure is perfect for children with a bit more climbing skills and bravery. Reasons to visit this park include:

Bruno Canziani is open from sunrise to sunset on weekends and holidays. The park’s closing hours vary depending on the season but are always designated by signal notifications fixed up around the park and posted in a location map inside the facility.
