Bruno Canziani Neighborhood Park has a lot of history and offers an array of activities for the whole family. This is a public park with hiking trails, picnic areas, playgrounds, and much more. The park was created by Bruno Canziani in 1965 when he donated money to purchase land that would become the first city-owned recreation area in Livermore. The park contains many different types of vegetation including oak trees on the hillsides and manzanita bushes along creeks.
The boundaries are east side – 58th Street; south side – Virgil Avenue; west side – Charlotte Street; northside – Alameda Creek Bike Path (also known as Greenbelt). Bruno Canziani Park is a great place to come and enjoy the Livermore area.
